These fundamentals apply equally to all parts of the Enterprise (Direction, Operation, Transformation and Support) as such set a global context to improve any of them. Kevin’s professional career in Enterprise Transformation began in 1980. MBTI and DISC says that he is a Result Oriented, Independent, Individualistic Visionary. However, he also freely admits that he is an Arrogant, Inflexible, Argumentative, Intolerant, Impatient, Critical & Stubborn Sceptomist!
