Description
In 2014, I coined two new words to describe a Subscription-based business model: DOGPOO and DOSAA. No, not referring to the mouth-watering Indian Dosa, nor actual dog doo-doo :-). DOGPOO stands for Do Once, Get Paid Only Once. DOSAA stands for Do Once, Sell Again and Again. So DOGPOO and DOSAA – that’s the title of my 8th book that I’ve written. I have been selling online since 1997. And I’ve taken 25 years of my experience selling digital products, distilled it all down to the most concentrated version, to 67 proven and implementable tips and tactics and powerful true stories, for Entrepreneurs & Digital Creators. If you create digital content, sell online courses, have a membership site, a podcast, a YouTube channel, write books or blog posts, this book is for you. This book will help you create better products, create them faster, create more engaging content, sell more products, make better decisions, use the right tools, and show you how to validate your product before you go off and work on it for , then you launch it, and … crickets. It will show you how to promote your website better, build a list, write better books, create better videos and podcasts, and also show you how to build a bigger audience. You know that question people always ask: “If you could go back 20 years and talk to your younger self, what advice would you give them?” This is that book, a book that I wrote with a younger me in mind. But there’s no generic life advice BS. It’s entirely written specifically for digital marketers, content creators and entrepreneurs. You can greatly cut short your learning curve and your execution curve as a Creator, by reading this book and learning from my mistakes as well as the things I’ve done well. Praise for DOGPOO & DOSAA “Ravi does a wonderful job of taking what can be a complex topic and breaks it down so that is fun and informative. This book uses playful acronyms to help readers understand the power of creating a product one time and then explains how to benefit from the power of that one product being sold over and over again. If you want to maximize your creative efforts to receive the best results, then this is the book for you.” – Jared Easley, Co-Founder, PodcastMovement.com “Ravi makes his agenda clear from the first chapter of the book – that he wants to make you smarter by adding a lot of value. As you read through the subsequent chapters, you will come out with a feeling that Ravi has actually delivered a masterclass for the price of a book. Read this book right away and, more importantly, put the ideas and strategies that Ravi shares to work for your own projects. When you make a fortune, don’t forget to send at least a “thank you” card to Ravi for his generosity.” – Rajesh Setty, Co-founder of Audvisor.com, Author of “Smart, but Stuck” Ravi Jayagopal is a Business Coach, Entrepreneur, 8-time Author, Podcaster, WordPress Developer, Digital Marketer, Speaker, and also an Amateur Ventriloquist 🙂 He is the Co-founder & Co-developer of DigitalAccessPass.com, a membership plugin & marketing platform for WordPress.
