Focusing on expatriate management, this volume addresses the following issues: how expatriate performance should be conceptualized and operationalized; what the role of personality is in predicting adjustment and performance; and what the nature of training should be. In addition, it critically examines the state of research in the field of expatriate management from a historical perspective.
