This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Workshop on Data Engineering Issues in E-Commerce and Services, DEECS 2006 held in San Francisco, California, USA in June 2006. The 15 revised full papers and 8 revised short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 47 submissions.
